Shinkula Pass

Shinkula Top, also known as Shinku La, is a high mountain pass in the Himalayas connecting Himachal Pradesh to the Zanskar region of Ladakh. It is a relatively new addition to India’s high-altitude road network and offers stunning views of glacial valleys and icy streams. The pass is located on the Nimmu-Padum-Darcha motorable road and stands at an altitude of 5,091 meters (16,703 feet).

Location: Situated in the Himalayas, Shinkula Pass connects Lahaul in Himachal Pradesh with the Zanskar region of Ladakh.
